The Role:

• Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio across the Maitland, Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas
• Handle rental enquiries, tenancy applications and lease renewals
• Conduct open homes, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and prepare detailed condition reports
• Build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Provide day-to-day support within a collaborative property management team

About you:

• Current Certificate of Registration (or working towards one)
• Experience within real estate or property management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
• Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and passion for the industry
