You will receive ethical and effective in-house training through Smartre Real Estate training, a base salary package between $77,200 and $104,800 plus generous commissions, that should see an annual income of in the vicinity of $150,000-$200,000+. It is necessary that you have your Agents Representative Certificate or have enrolled, however it is not necessary to have previously worked in Real Estate Sales.
