Cold calling, Prospecting, door knocking, and flyer drops

Appraisals & appointments – booking, managing, and attending

Data base management

List and Sell real estate in an ethical and lawful manner under real estate law and by office procedure.

Maintain and grow relationships with clients

Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

Must have a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Full Real estate Agent license.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values.

Be able to work as an individual or as part of the team.

Current Driver’s license & a reliable car.
