Sales Consultant – MICM Real Estate Location: Melbourne CBD & Southbank | Full-Time

MICM Real Estate is expanding its high-performing sales team and is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Southbank office. With over 30 years of success, MICM is Melbourne’s leading inner-city apartment specialist. We offer a full-service real estate experience including sales, leasing, property management, owners corporation, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appraise, list, and market properties with tailored strategies
  • Negotiate between vendors and purchasers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct private and open inspections, and manage final settlement processes
  • Prepare contracts and liaise with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to maximise exposure

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in real estate with a strong track record
  • Sound knowledge of Melbourne’s property market and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
  • Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
