Entry-Level Role with Career Progression

As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Agent, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This role mirrors the responsibilities of a Sales Associate and is designed to provide a strong foundation for future growth into a Sales Consultant position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property inspections and open homes
  • Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations
  • Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams
  • Manage CRM data and follow-up communications
  • Support the Senior Agent with day-to-day sales activities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in real estate and property sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Real Estate Certificate IV or willingness to obtain
