What you'll be doing:

• Prospect and engage new vendors and buyers
• List, market, and promote residential properties — coordinate photography, marketing campaigns, and open-for-inspection schedules.
• Run open homes, private viewings, and assist with auction preparation and support.
• Manage buyer enquiries, follow up leads, and maintain regular vendor communication.
• Prepare market appraisals, vendor reports, and sales proposals.
• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and clients to progress deals smoothly from offer to settlement.
• Assist the Director with calendar management, inspections, and client appointments where required.
• Ensure CRM systems are accurate, updated, and utilised for follow-ups and marketing.
• Represent the agency professionally at all times during client interactions, community events, and team activities.

To be considered for this role:

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
