About the Role:
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and specials creation to stock control, rostering, and leading a motivated team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen

Strong leadership and team management skills

Creativity with a solid understanding of modern Australian pub-style dining

Financial awareness and ability to manage food and labour costs

Reliability, punctuality, and a calm, fair approach under pressure
