We’re growing fast and looking for a Studio Manager & Marketing Assistant who can help us run operations smoothly, build community, and bring creative energy to our day-to-day work.

About the Role
You’ll be the right hand of the founder — managing the heartbeat of the studio while helping grow its digital presence and brand awareness.
It’s a hybrid of operations, marketing, and creative coordination where every day is different.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Managing studio bookings, artist schedules, and customer communications.
Coordinating daily operations (client check-ins, cleanliness, supplies, POS).
Supporting the studio’s marketing campaigns — content scheduling, email newsletters, and social-media coordination.
Assisting with collaborations, photo/video shoots, and launch events.
Tracking performance metrics across bookings, sales, and engagement.
Acting as the point of contact for artists, clients, and freelancers.
About You
You’re highly organized, reliable, and people-focused — but you also have a creative streak.
You understand how branding, customer experience, and social media shape a business.
You’re the type of person who thrives in a small, growing team and enjoys wearing many hats.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in management, retail, hospitality, or marketing.
Loves tattoos, art, and creative culture — or already works within it.
Is comfortable running a small business environment day-to-day.
Has basic marketing or social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or Meta Business Suite).
Can communicate confidently with artists and clients.
Brings new ideas, fresh perspective, and ownership energy.
