About the Opportunity:
We are seeking two passionate leaders to join our Cameron Park service:
1 x Service Manager (shared role alongside our existing Service Manager)
1 x Assistant Manager
Both positions are available as full-time or part-time, depending on the successful applicant’s preference. You will play a key role in leading our dedicated team of educators, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and programs.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Child Safe Standards, and Active OOSH policies and procedures.
Oversee daily service operations, including staffing, safety, and environment setup.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
Drive ongoing improvement and contribute to the service’s growth and success.
About You:
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about working with children and creating a nurturing, safe environment.
Strong communicators and natural leaders with excellent organisational skills.
Experienced in managing or supporting an OOSH or childcare service.
Knowledgeable about the NQF, ACECQA standards, and relevant legislation.
Essential Requirements:
Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Accredited Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain).
Previous leadership experience in an OOSH or early childhood setting (highly desirable).
