Creative Receptionist & Clinic All-Rounder!
(Casual, 2-3 days per week – Chirnside Park)

Are you a friendly, organised and creative person who loves helping others and has a flair for design? Do you want to work in a busy, fun, family-friendly clinic filled with great people, therapy animals and plenty of creativity?

We’re looking for a rockstar receptionist to support both The Osteo Express and The Speech Express — two thriving allied health business' working side by side in the one clinic in Chirnside Park.

About Us

The Osteo Express helps clients move and feel better through the application of hands on osteopathic care, while The Speech Express provides paediatric speech pathology and occupational therapy — including animal-assisted therapy with our furry (and fluffy!) team members.

Together, we’re a growing team of over 20 passionate professionals who love what we do.

Our shared clinic space is friendly, colourful, fast-paced, and filled with positivity, laughter and the occasional wagging tail.

Located in Chirnside Park (across from Chirnside Park Shopping Centre) our clinic is designed to make everyone feel welcome — clients, staff and animals alike.

The Role

As our Receptionist & Creative Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, supporting our osteopaths, speech pathologists, OT's and therapy assistants while helping bring our creative ideas to life.

You might find yourself:

Greeting clients (and therapy animals!) with a warm professional welcome.

Managing phone calls, bookings and payments through Cliniko and EFTPOS terminal.

Supporting the clinic with admin, scheduling and communication.

Creating engaging Canva graphics, Cricut labels and social media content.

Assisting with marketing and community engagement tasks.

Keeping our clinic organised, inviting, clean and full of personality.

This is a casual position (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity to become permanent part-time should this be preferred for the right candidate. Typical clinic hours are 8am – 6pm, but the role has flexibility around when reception are required at front desk! Flexibility to pick up additional days when other receptionists are away. Availability to work at least Saturday mornings is preferred.

We’d Love Someone Who…

Has previous experience in reception or admin (bonus if in an allied health setting).

Is confident using Canva, Cricut, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Is familiar with Cliniko, Xero, or similar software — or eager to learn.

Has great attention to detail and can stay calm in a busy environment.

Is creative, organised and enjoys helping a team run smoothly.

Is a clear communicator and equipped and confident with conflict resolution,

Loves working with both adults and children — and has a soft spot for animals!

Feels comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for everyday tasks.
