As an experienced conveyancing clerk, your duties may include:
Taking initial instructions
Preparing and reviewing contracts
Preparing of all related correspondence, statements and agreements
Obtaining certificates and conducting relevant searches
Liaising with clients, banks and other party representatives
Coordinating settlements
All post settlement duties including final invoices and letters
Skills & Expertise
A minimum of 2 years experience as a conveyancing clerk
The ability to manage conveyancing matters autonomously
Strong PEXA knowledge and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An enthusiastic and proactive attitude
