Key Duties

• Manage residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
• Oversee conveyancing files nationally across multiple states
• Liaise with clients, brokers, agents, lenders, and more
• Develop precedents
• Qualify and onboard new clients
• Support with other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing residential files end-to-end with minimal/no supervision
• Experience handling interstate matters (essential)
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
