We're growing fast and are on the lookout for experienced outbound sales professionals to join our high-performing, work-from-home team. If you've worked in telesales or fast-paced outbound call environments and are hungry for results, this role is built for you.

About the Role

Make high volumes of outbound and inbound calls (from warm leads only—no cold calling!)

Sell leading Broadband, Energy, and Mobile products

Receive full sales training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

We're after driven salespeople who:

Have experience in high-volume outbound calling or telesales roles

Have a minimum of 6 months telesales or outbound calling experience

Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments

Are motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused

Have a reliable home setup (laptop/desktop, USB headset, and stable internet)

Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for reliable work-from-home connectivity

Can work between 9am–8pm AEST (12pm–8pm AEST late shifts approx one week every 4-6 weeks)

Are ideally based in or near Perth or Melbourne

Can attend in-person meetings up to once per quarter at our Melbourne office

Are available to work full-time hours

Must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only

Experience in telco and/or energy sales is highly regarded but not essential.

Full-time roles available: $51,000 base + super + uncapped commissions

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100k+

Base salary increases up to $65,000 with performance-based progression
