We’re a small but mighty team doing exceptional work together, and now we’re looking for two high-performing conveyancers to join us as we scale.

The Roles

We’re hiring for two positions:

Senior Conveyancer – ideal for someone with 4+ years’ experience and strong VIC expertise, ready for a leadership position alongside the Founder. Other multi-jurisdictional experience is highly considered.

Conveyancer – ideal for someone with 3+ years’ experience and strong multi-jurisdictional experience (at least TWO of the following jurisdictions: QLD, VIC, NSW, WA and SA) and a genuine willingness to learn. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to be part of a team that values initiative, precision, and collaboration.

Both roles are for professionals who bring clarity under pressure, see problems before they arise, and want to make an impact in a high-performance firm built on trust, autonomy, and results.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in residential conveyancing

Strong technical expertise in various jurisdictions (QLD, VIC, NSW, WA or SA)

Ability to manage files from contract to settlement independently

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Commitment to quality over volume - we care about excellence, not just output

Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Confident using PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar systems

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong cultural fit - collaborative, positive, and accountable
