Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for flexibility and a supportive team environment?
We're a well-established conveyancing firm providing exceptional service to clients across Victoria from our offices in Dromana, Cowes, and Wonthaggi.

We're seeking a conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience who's confident managing files from start to finish and committed to delivering outstanding client care.

About the Role

Manage conveyancing matters independently from instruction to settlement

Liaise with clients, agents, and legal representatives

Prepare and review contracts, Section 32s, and related documents

Use PEXA and relevant conveyancing software

About You

Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience

Experience must be specifically in residential conveyancing matters

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Confident working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Proficient in PEXA and conveyancing practice software

PEXA proficiency must include competence in standard transactions

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
