We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full time administrator to be the first point of contact at our Epping clinic and join our supportive team.
If you have excellent organisational and communication skills, and are interested in working with children and their families, we would love to hear from you. Part time applicants also welcome to apply.
We are looking for a mature, friendly and organised individual with experience in a similar Allied Health practice. Essential attributes include a warm and welcoming personality to greet and establish relationships with regular clients, demonstrated acceptance and compassion for others, and a high level of organisation and efficiency.
You will be well remunerated above award levels commensurate with skills and experience. Training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate by our experienced Admin Team and Practice Manager. Our clinic is close to public transport and shops.

The Role
You will work closely with the admin team and therapists, as well as supporting clients through their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the appointment diary using our Practice Management System
Respond to emails and telephone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Process payments and invoices
Assist and support therapy staff with various administrative tasks
Organise and coordinate group programs
Proofread and edit documents
Liaise with suppliers, schools and other professionals
Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required
Essential Criteria:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in typing, Microsoft Word and Outlook
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Desirable Criteria:
Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese/Mandarin
Previous medical/allied health reception experience
Experience using Practice Management software
Previous experience working with children and their families
Adaptable and comfortable with technology
Understanding or experience with disability and NDIS
