About the role

In this role, your duties as a Junior Tax Accountant will include but not be limited to:

preparing/filing individual and business tax returns

researching & monitoring current tax legislation

maintaining precise financial documentation

liaising with clients for information gathering and updates

supporting financial statement & report preparation.

What our client's looking for

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related

Min. 2 years previous tax accounting experience in a chartered accounting firm

Strong knowledge of tax legislation and financial reporting

MYOB AE and MS Office proficiency preferred

Corporate tax return expertise highly valued

Full Australian working rights highly preferred

CPA or CA certification (or progressing towards) advantageous.
