The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Tax Accountant to join our team. This role involves assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work for our small to medium-sized business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships

Preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS, and other ATO compliance requirements

Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements

Client communication and support

Assistance with tax planning and business advisory work

About You:

Previous experience in a tax and accounting firm is highly regarded

Experience using Xero (and related add-ons) will be an advantage

A keen desire to learn and develop within the tax and accounting profession

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$75,000 to $85,000 + Super
