The Role
We're seeking experienced Conveyancers who enjoy being hands-on and managing files from instruction through to settlement. You'll be working full-time, in-office, and part of a collaborative and down-to-earth team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end conveyancing files across residential and commercial transactions

Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and PEXA settlements

Liaising with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

Supporting senior lawyers on property and development matters

About You
To succeed, you will bring:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Conveyancer or Property Law Clerk

Strong working knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online, and Land Registry systems

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive and client-focused approach
