About the Role
As the Senior Business Improvement Consultant - HR, you will lead the strategic design and delivery of complex, high-impact business improvement programs with a particular focus on human resources processes, systems and ways of working. Operating under broad direction, the role formulates, implements, monitors, and evaluates initiatives that align with corporate goals and contribute to government policy objectives. The role applies comprehensive discipline knowledge and significant expertise to drive transformation in service delivery, workforce experience, and digital.
About You
- Comprehensive experience in strategic business improvement, program management, and organisational transformation
- Proven ability to lead complex projects
- High-level analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated capacity to operate with autonomy and exercise significant judgement and delegated authority.
