The Role
Toll People are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant to assist our clients in various contact centres. The role involves handling a wide range of enquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and trust to create respectful, lasting relationships with customers
- Facilitate an efficient and enjoyable experience for all customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and case notes, including conversation recordings
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders in relation to services delivered
- Data entry, filing, scanning, and sorting of paperwork.
- Ensure all actions comply with corporate policies
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a call centre enviroment is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- A high level of attention to detail
- Sound computer skills
- Capable of working in a team and autonomously
