The Role

Toll People are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Consultant to assist our clients in various contact centres. The role involves handling a wide range of enquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and trust to create respectful, lasting relationships with customers
  • Facilitate an efficient and enjoyable experience for all customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case notes, including conversation recordings
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders in relation to services delivered
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, and sorting of paperwork.
  • Ensure all actions comply with corporate policies

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a call centre enviroment is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills
  • Capable of working in a team and autonomously
