What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating schedules for routine smoke alarm works in preparation for automated Entry Notices.

Calling tenants to make bookings when Entry Notices are unavailable.

Ensuring all jobs are completed by their due dates.

Booking smoke alarm upgrades and inspections.

Reviewing daily technician schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Preparing key lists for agencies (largely automated).

What You’ll Bring

Great communication skills with energy and positivity across all stakeholders.

A passion for client service.

Ability to take action and resolve issues under pressure.

Strong computer literacy skills and confidence with systems.

Experience in the smoke alarm industry (desirable, not essential).

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.

Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
