About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating field technicians, managing client communications, and ensuring jobs are scheduled and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth

Build strong relationships with clients and technicians

Schedule and dispatch technicians for optimal efficiency

Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays using sound judgment

Plan routes and allocate jobs to maximise productivity

Monitor job progress and communicate updates

Manage stock control and inventory

Maintain accurate job and client records

Champion process improvements to enhance speed and service

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in a service scheduling role within a fast-paced office

Proficiency with trade scheduling software

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Calm under pressure with great time-management skills
