Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner

South East Melbourne location | ASAP start until - Dec 23rd 2025 | $59.97ph + super

We’re currently seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner to join a leading public sector agency.

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide expert advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across wellbeing, return-to-work and injury management matters.
You’ll take a proactive approach to early intervention, case management and wellbeing initiatives, helping to create a culture that values safety, health and recovery.

You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive People, Culture & Safety team to deliver programs and policies that drive positive wellbeing outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.

About you:

• Strong background in wellbeing, injury management or return-to-work coordination (WorkCover experience essential)
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Confident managing complex cases with empathy and professionalism
• Relevant tertiary qualification and Victorian WorkCover Authority VWA / RTW Coordinator certification
• Experience in WorkCover/Ill and Injured claims management, rehabilitation and return to work programs or experience in a similar role

If sucsessful you will also need to obtain (or already hold):

• An Australain Police Check
• Employee WWCC
