About the company:
Our client a not-for-profit based just north of Melbourne’s CBD is looking for an injury management administrator to support their WHS team. The is to start ASAP.

This is a full-time, 8-week contract role supporting a collaborative People & Culture team, where you’ll assist with critical administrative tasks around workplace injuries and return to work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for injury management and RTW processes
  • Arrange and follow up on medical certificates and documentation
  • Liaise with injured workers to check in and ensure support throughout recovery
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with coordination between internal teams, insurers, and health professionals
  • Support reporting and compliance tracking as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in injury management, RTW or workers compensation admin
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with sensitive information and supporting staff with empathy
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Available to start immediately and commit for the full 8-week duration
