Our client specializes in sustainable acoustic and architectural surface solutions for commercial and residential projects. With direct manufacturing capability and strong market intelligence, they're ready to launch in Australia—starting here in Melbourne with plans to expand beyond.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and grow a network of architects, designers, specifiers, and developers across Melbourne and Victoria
• Drive product specification into commercial projects from initial design phase
• Build distributor relationships and identify wholesale opportunities
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through to project completion
• Represent the brand at industry events and A&D networking functions
• Work autonomously while collaborating with international team members
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth strategy
Skills & Experience
• 5-7+ years in architectural specification sales or business development within the A&D sector
• Strong existing network across the architecture and design community (all project tiers welcome)
• Experience with acoustic panels, surface materials, or architectural products highly regarded
• Proven track record in relationship-building and consultative sales
• Start-up or new business operations experience highly valued
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
• Comfortable working across commercial and residential sectors
• Valid driver's licence for client meetings and site visits
