ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Indigeco is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator who is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting employees through every stage of their journey. This role will suit someone who thrives on process improvement, collaboration, and creating a positively high-performing workplace culture.
You’ll work closely with the National People & Culture Lead and broader P&C team to streamline systems, enhance reporting, and ensure all HR operations run efficiently and with care.

Employing over 300 professionals nationally, they deliver innovative engineering and advisory services across sectors including asset management, building services, energy and sustainability, infrastructure, and project management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for all staff.
  • Supporting the annual performance review process, including survey setup, data collection, and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, generating contracts and letters, and providing first-line policy support.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly HR reports, assisting with WGEA and AON remuneration reporting.
  • Leading process improvement and automation initiatives to make HR workflows more efficient and scalable.
  • Supporting visa coordination and compliance requirements, including pre-employment checks and DISP security activities.
  • Collaborating with leaders and project teams to deliver initiatives that enhance engagement and workplace culture.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination, People & Culture administration, or generalist support within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and an interest in automation or process design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a genuine passion for supporting people and improving employee experience.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams in a national business.
