We’re looking for a senior solicitor (7+ PQE) to step straight into a leadership role in litigation and commercial law. You’ll take over responsibilities from the Principal and build a strong practice with the support of a dedicated team.
What we offer:
$165k–$185k package
2 WFH days per week after integration period
8% uncapped commission on client referrals
Autonomy and authority to lead litigation and commercial work
About you:
7+ years PQE in litigation and commercial law
Comfortable running matters independently and leading juniors
Strong commercial drafting experience (shareholder agreements, JVs, bespoke contracts, affidavits, pleadings)
Interested in innovation, AI, and better ways of practising law
