Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation | Global Law Firm | Head-Line Making Matters

The Opportunity

Due to growth, out client is looking to recruit a talented commercial litigation lawyer at the Senior Associate level.

The team represents clients in disputes across a wide range of sectors including property, construction, mining and resources, banking and finance, agriculture and food, technology media and communications, private enterprise, hospitality, sport and entertainment, and retail.

In this role, you will have high levels of matter and client responsibility and take on a leadership role.

Our client is a leading international law firm and they are well known for their complex and multi-party disputes work. The firm and this commercial litigation team works across a broad range of industry sectors and they pride themselves on building and maintaining a thorough understanding of these markets.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• 7 to 12 years years PAE and experience in the area of commercial litigation from a major law firm environment
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• A pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused outlook
• A desire to work on challenging and fulfilling matters and build strong relationships with clients
• A commercial focus, confidence and a genuine desire to play a pivotal role in the further growth of the team
