We're looking for a talented solicitor (4+ years PQE) with experience in litigation and commercial matters who wants to step into a role with mentorship, growth, and leadership potential.

You'll be mentored directly by the Principal with a clear pathway to take ownership of our litigation and commercial practice.

What we offer:

$125k–$140k package (depending on experience)

2 WFH days per week after integration period

8% uncapped commission on client referrals

About you:

Minimum 4–5 years PQE in litigation and/or commercial law

Confident running matters with supervision, and hungry to run own matters

Strong drafting skills (shareholder agreements, affidavits, pleadings)
