The Firm

Our client is expanding Australian operated and based boutique legal firm and they are looking to appoint an Insolvency/Commercial Litigation Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior practitioner to contribute significantly to the success of the firm by leading the delivery and operational excellence of the Insolvency/Commercial Litigation practice.

The Opportunity

This pivotal role will see you working with high-profile clients on complex insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters

With the firm's strong existing referral base and pipeline of matters, this opportunity is ideally suited to a technically sharp Partner (or Special Counsel) who thrives on working on intricate and involved matters. If you possess a deep understanding of insolvency (commercial litigation) law, enjoy leading a team in complex litigation and advisory scenarios, and are passionate about achieving outstanding results for clients, this is your chance to make a substantial impact in a collaborative and progressive environment.

This opportunity will see you:

• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders
• Overseeing complex insolvency, restructuring, and disputes matters, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes
• Providing strategic litigation advice on disputes related to insolvency, asset recovery, and commercial fraud
• Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and professional organisations to enhance market presence
• Mentoring and develop junior lawyers and professional staff, fostering a high-performance and collegiate culture
• Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, strengthening the firm's brand in the insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation space.
