You will be joining a Dispute Resolution & Litigation team known for its diverse client base, spanning:

Major government departments and regulatory bodies

ASX-listed and multinational corporations

Leading property developers and investors

Media and technology companies

SMEs and high-net-worth individuals

The firm is seeing strong growth in the Sydney market, and this new role reflects both internal progression and an exciting increase in work across:

Contractual, corporate and commercial disputes

Regulatory matters and administrative law

Corporate insolvency and restructuring

Public law and judicial review

Complex leasing disputes (retail, industrial, commercial)

Property-related litigation, including make-good and sale/acquisition disputes
