The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role in delivering effective HR support and guidance across various business areas. This position focuses on employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and providing strategic HR advice to leaders.

Duties

• Support HR Business Partners daily
• Manage employee relations cases
• Ensure policy and award compliance
• Assist with HR projects
• Provide workforce planning support

Requirements/Skills

• HR generalist experience essential
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of HR legislation
• Adaptable and collaborative approach
