The Role

As the HSE Systems BP, you will:

• Partner with project and leadership teams to strengthen HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
• Influence and develop initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
• Drive innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.

About You

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:

• Strong experience in HSE within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
• A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
• Cert 4 WHS minimum
