We’re partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a Business Analyst with experience working across HR systems and processes. The role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

This short-term contract will support the People Services & Innovation team on a range of initiatives aimed at improving systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and document processes.

Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance existing HR systems.

Support workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping and delivery activities.

Work closely with technology teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration.

Assist with testing, documentation and change activities to support successful outcomes.

About You

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within complex environments.

Exposure to HR systems (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, Smart Recruiter or similar).

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes.

Open to qualified candidates on Working Holiday Visas.
