🌴 About the Role

This is a full-time role for an experienced Swimming Pool Technician who’s ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll be the go-to expert for our loyal customers, servicing and repairing pools and spas throughout the Mermaid Waters area.

Your days will be active, independent, and rewarding — mixing on-site technical work with friendly customer interactions.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing and repairing pool & spa equipment — pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and more

Performing regular maintenance to keep pools safe, clean, and crystal clear

Advising customers on the best equipment, products, and water-care solutions

Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships

Recording your work accurately and keeping things running smoothly

Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards

🔧 What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Technician (or similar trade/service role)

Solid technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot confidently

Great communication and customer service skills — you enjoy helping people

Certificate III in Swimming Pool & Spa Service (or equivalent) preferred

Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle

Strong time management and organisational skills

A genuine passion for the pool industry and pride in your work
