About the Role

As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll join our post-construction team responsible for ensuring every new pool is left spotless, functional, and ready for handover.

This hands-on role suits someone with experience in pool servicing, filtration setup, or general maintenance trades — or anyone with strong technical aptitude who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in finishing a job to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct post-construction clean-ups and leave every site presentation-ready.

Manage waste removal and tip runs, returning excess materials to the shed.

Set up and program pool filtration systems and balance water chemistry.

Perform secondary clean-ups and equipment adjustments as needed.

Assist with filtration builds or modifications for standard and pre-house sites.

Connect and test pool equipment — pumps, heaters, spas, and water features.

Complete quality-control inspections and report any issues before handover.

Communicate with customers professionally, explaining pool care and maintenance.

Provide technical troubleshooting and support when required.

Operate a company vehicle for site travel (manual licence preferred).

What We’re Looking For

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred).

Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical outdoor work.

Great communication and customer-service skills.

Mechanically minded / technically curious attitude — keen to learn.

Eye for detail and problem-solving.

Experience in pool service, plumbing, construction, or maintenance trades highly valued.
