Our financial planning business based in Surrey Hills, Melbourne is growing. We deliver personalised advice to provide quality outcomes to a diverse client base. We run a practice that is driven, but also fun and are seeking an individual that is compatible to this culture.

We are seeking to appoint a client services officer to join our business. Reporting to the practice manager and supporting 2 Senior Financial advisers, the successful applicant will become an integral part of a professional and supportive team.

Duties and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

· Preparation of client review meeting documentation

· Manage all aspects of client onboarding, implementation and ongoing service

· Client Administration / Database management

· Prepare and process applications, including ROAs and other advice documentation

· Ensuring the maintenance and compliance of client files in XPLAN database

· Working effectively with office staff

· Front line support and communication to clients

To be successful you will require:

· Previous experience in a financial planning client services role preferential

· Strong knowledge/ experience of XPLAN / Microsoft 365

· Organisation skills and confident communicator

· Professional, proactive and resourceful attitude

· Be able to work as a team as well as independently
