Working alongside experienced Advisers, the focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the advice process runs smoothly, accurately and on time. The firm works closely with established families, professionals and business owners, providing holistic advice across investments, superannuation, insurance and broader wealth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and implementing advice documents and investment instructions
Supporting Advisers in client meetings and following up on action items
Managing annual review packs, valuations, asset and liability summaries and performance reports
Coordinating contributions, fund transfers, applications and redemptions
Maintaining accurate client records within the firm’s advice platform and ensuring compliance obligations are met
Liaising with product providers, accountants, lawyers and clients as required
Managing Adviser diaries and ensuring all meeting preparation and follow-up is completed
Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in a financial planning environment with a solid understanding of advice processes and platforms
Familiarity with an advice software such as Xplan (or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A desire to build a long-term career in client service and advice support
