This business has a full financial planning license and does provide holistic and strategic advice for a variety of clients, however, they have s strong focus on life insurance/risk

They are currently seeking an experienced client services officer/ administrator who can liaise effectively with their client base and maintain excellent relationships

This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Answering calls from clients regarding the implementation and management of their portfolios, predominantly life insurance

Management of new client implementation, some superannuation, but mostly life, TDP, Trauma, Keyperson and Buy /Sell

Managing payments too and from the fund

Managing annual reviews

Working closely with the Advisors and paraplanner to manage the end to end advice process

Calling client that are due for renewal reviews and booking appointments with advisors

To be successful in the role you must have experience working in a professional financial planning business, or pure risk business

Strong computer skills will be required and experience in Xplan or Coin would be an advantage.

Progression to paraplanning or advising within a reasonable timeframe will be considered, however, we would be particularly interested in talking to candidates who love admin and customer services and see a support role as a long term career option

Flexible working hours are absolutely available, as well as working from home 1 or 2 days per week.
