You will join a supportive, stable team where client service is genuinely valued. This business is rapidly expanding an can cater for a career CSO, or help you grow over time to an AA or potentially take on project work and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

Prepare advice documents and investment instructions, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, compliant and delivered on time

Support Advisers in meetings and follow up promptly on action items

Manage annual review packs, asset and liability summaries and performance reporting

Coordinate contributions, fund transfers, investment applications and redemptions

Maintain accurate client records using financial planning platforms, ensuring compliance obligations are met

Liaise with product providers, accountants, lawyers and clients as required

Manage Adviser diaries and ensure meeting preparation and follow-up are completed to a high standard

What You’ll Need

Experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment, supporting senior advisers and handling complex client needs

Familiarity with advice processes, platforms and compliance standards (experience with Xplan highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-focused mindset

Commitment to building a long-term career in the advice industry
