We are recruiting numerous HR Consultant and Senior HR Consultant roles supporting the health care sector Perth SOR. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR services including: - employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and end to end HR operations.

The Role

• Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and mobilisation.
• Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee HR data management and maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
• Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide guidance on policies and HR legislation.
• Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
• Assist in performance management.

The Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in HR
• Minimum 2 years HR Officer or HR Consultant Experience in large complex organisation with 1000+ employees
• Minimum 2 years of working within Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP experience is highly desirable.
• A proven track record working in a volume recruitment environment.
• Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
