About the Role

We’re looking for a down-to-earth, highly organised HR all-rounder to be the right-hand support of one of our directors (Narda). This role plays a key part in keeping our people operations running smoothly across all stores- from recruitment and onboarding to staff communication and records management.

If you love working behind the scenes to help a busy team stay connected and supported- this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Support the director with day to day HR coordination and follow through

Handle first-stage recruitment duties – sorting through resumes, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and assisting with onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records (digital and hard copy)

Assist in drafting internal policies, HR docs, reports, and all the not-so-glam bits that keep things smooth

Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow ups

Manage internal communication updates to help keep our stores and team connected

Be a helpful sounding board and trusted sidekick on daily HR matters, team dynamics, and operations

A clear communicator (written or spoken) you get your point across with ease

Calm in the chaos and know how to prioritise like a pro

Able to work independently, but love being part of a team

Open to a mixed bag of tasks- no two days the same

Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Tanda, HR, or rostering tools)
