Pearl Recruitment is working with a well-established construction and engineering company based in Henderson to find an experienced HR/IR Advisor. This is a temporary role with potential to go permanent for the right person.

The position supports both local and FIFO project teams, with a strong focus on industrial relations, along with a range of general HR responsibilities.

About the Role:

• EA and contract interpretation
• Managing performance issues and employee grievances
• Support with counselling, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Coordinating Right of Entry requests
• General HR support (onboarding, policy updates, HR reporting, etc.)

You'll be part of a small, experienced team working closely with site and office-based managers.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid working knowledge of IR practices
• Comfortable working with site teams and project environments
• Willing to help on general HR tasks when needed
