Position: Full-Time Administration Officer
Location: Albion Park Rail
Coast & Country Powersports is the Illawarra’s leading powersports dealership, proudly representing premium brands like Sea-Doo and Can-Am. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Managing bookkeeping and new unit invoicing
Coordinating service bookings and processing invoices
Handling payments, warranty claims, and rebate submissions
Overseeing general administration and data management
Supporting office operations and preparing key documents
Registering new vehicles and liaising with relevant authorities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Prior experience in a similar administrative role
Familiarity with Dealer Management Software (highly regarded)
Accounting experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms (highly regarded)
Excellent customer communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A genuine passion for powersports is a big plus!
