PERMANENT FULL TIME PAYROLL OFFICER

Canegrowers Herbert River organisation provides a variety of services to its sugar canegrower members in the local region.

Position: Permanent Full-time Payroll Officer

Hours: 38 hrs pw over 5 days

We undertake the payroll for many of our Canegrowers members businesses using a specialised Payroll system. Weekly data entry as directed by Employers for the payment to employees includes electronic payments into bank accounts, delivery of payslips and ATO reports such as Single Touch Payroll each week.

Previous payroll experience would be advantageous but employer is willing to train the right person.

The applicant should have good written and verbal communication skills, an eagerness to learn, integrity, a willingness to take directions from senior staff and operate in a small team environment.

Remuneration is dependent on skill set.
