About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Payroll and HR Assistant to join our growing team. This is a critical role where attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and client service are key.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients

Interpretation and application of modern awards and the National Employment Standards (NES)

Maintaining accurate employee records and leave balances

Assisting with HR administration and compliance tasks

Providing timely and professional client support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:

Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration

A working knowledge of modern awards, the NES, and Fair Work compliance

Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy

Strong communication skills and a professional approach

Experience with cloud payroll systems, microsoft and emerging technologies
