Experienced Machine Operators Wanted

HRCheck is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators for immediate start in full-time, ongoing roles with one of our key manufacturing clients.

These long-term temporary positions offer stability, competitive casual rates, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for dedicated individuals. We have multiple vacancies available across fixed Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will join a dynamic production team, taking responsibility for the operation of automated machinery. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in creating high-quality finished products.

On-the-job training will help you hit the ground running and excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate automated production machinery

Assist with machine changeovers, which includes installing and aligning tooling

Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a machine operator (Manufacturing industry preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn new technical skills.

Great attention to detail and quality control

A team player with a "can-do" attitude who thrives under pressure

Commitment to full-time hours

Full Australian work rights required
