Due to continued growth and success, we are currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our friendly and supportive team. We offer an excellent hourly pay rate, reflective of your skillset and experience, with an immediate start available.
This is a full-time role, with the option for overtime during peak periods.

About the Role
As a CNC Machine Operator at Cazam Kitchens, you will play a key role in our production team, ensuring the accurate and efficient manufacturing of high-quality joinery products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and board as required
Operate edge banders and other woodworking machinery
Interpret and work from plans, drawings, and cutting lists with high attention to detail
Maintain and clean machines as required
Follow standard safety and operational procedures
Assist other team members and work collaboratively to meet production targets
Skills & Experience
Experience and skill in all aspects of cabinetmaking and joinery
Proven ability to operate CNC machinery within a joinery environment
Strong understanding of plans, drawings, and cutting lists
Experience operating edge banders and woodworking machinery
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Punctual, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
Motivated, honest, and proactive in your approach
