A Permanent Full Time role, Monday to Friday within Western Brisbane suburbs.

Your normal day will involve:

• Operating carding machines to process polyester fibres for mattress padding products using PLC panels and screen interfaces.
• Rotating between manual fibre loading and machine operation every two hours as part of a two-operator team.
• Performing preventive machine maintenance and cleaning activities weekly, including safe handling of fibre rolls and machine guards.
• Ensuring workplace hygiene standards in a clean, dust-controlled environment requiring P2 mask use during maintenance tasks.
• Following shift schedules that vary seasonally, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday with minimal overtime.
